Live local rock music

The soulful R&B jams of the 60s will be recreated with an epic 10-piece live band, the Powerhouse Horns and 15 of Honolulu’s fiercest soul singers, including local stars and Na Hoku Hanohano Award winners Anuhea and Chardonnay, American Idol finalist Big Mox, and local favorites, Praise Jesus Artis, Kahnma, Melodie Soul, Keith Batlin, Riya Davis, Melissa Diallo, Mindy Smokestack, Jared Ming, Rabbitt, & The Elevations.  Under the direction of Mark Lindberg & Paul Nelson, we will be rolling out Motown-era classic hits like Tina Turner's "Proud Mary," Diana Ross & The Supremes, "Can't Hurry Love," and Stevie Wonder's "Superstition."
 
An original opening set will be provided by Blues-Rock band Kings of Spade.
